50 Day Shake Challenge!

As part of getting into a healthy mindset, I have created a 50 Day Shake Challenge for myself to follow.
The challenge consists of drinking two meal replacement shakes per day with healthy snacks in between. The meals I am replacing are breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I try to eat a smaller portion and healthy meals.

I have designed a calendar to keep myself on track!
